Why do profiles get suspended after clicking “Confirm”?

When you confirm, Google checks your profile for policy violations. If anything looks suspicious, the profile can be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Common reasons for suspension

1. Business name violation
   • Extra keywords added
     ❌ “Mivarix Uniform Manufacturer | Best Sportswear Supplier”
     ✅ “Mivarix”
2. Address issues (MOST COMMON)
   • Using a home address without hiding it
   • Fake / virtual office / co-working space
   • Address doesn’t match documents or map location
3. Service Area Business mistakes
   • Showing address when you should hide it
   • Wrong service areas added
4. Business category mismatch
   • Category doesn’t match actual work
   • Example: choosing “Manufacturer” but acting like a “Retail Store”
5. Website or phone mismatch
   • Website name ≠ GMB name
   • Phone number not reachable or reused on many profiles
6. Previously suspended or duplicate listings
   • Same business already exists
   • Multiple profiles for same location

• Address:
  • Real, permanent location

• No promotional words anywhere
